Car Showables was built on this simple premise; We love going to car shows, but “Car Show” is just a label for something much bigger. It’s an entire community of like-minded individuals who come together to admire each others' creativity and show off what we’re proud to have pulled off ourselves. Is Car Showables just for cars (or Miatas?)
Car Showables is a play off “Car Show”. When you go to Car Shows, more often than not there is a huge variety of all makes and models of vehicles in the mix from cars to trucks, motorcycles, Jeeps, vans, and so much more. Consider what we offer to be the same. We’ll take any vehicle you have and transform it into a custom premium vehicle collectible!
Are your designs or schematic line art created by AI?
Absolutely not! We will never use AI to create our designs or schematic line art. All designs and artwork are painstakingly created by a human hand. Car Showables firmly believes that the human touch is essential in making something truly special and unique.
What happens after I submit my order?
Once you submit an order request, we’ll review your selected products and email an invoice for payment. After payment is received, we’ll send you a private intake form to collect your vehicle photos, build details, theme color, owner information, and anything else needed to begin your design.
How long will it take for my order to be completed?
Once your payment and completed intake form are received, you’ll receive a proof to approve generally within a week. If we can’t meet that deadline for any reason, we’ll contact you right away. For horn buttons, we rely on RevLimiter and work with their scheduling. Generally you can expect 1-3 weeks for those orders.
What if I want to make edits to what I submitted?
Absolutely! Our process involves digitally creating your order and emailing a proof for you to approve before we print your piece and ship it. Review this proof carefully and email us your requests. Minor text edits and typos are no problem. If you wish to make changes to the schematic line-art or any other design elements, we will assess the complexity of your request and let you know what is involved from a time and cost perspective. Once you email back your approval the design is considered final, so please review your proof carefully.
Who is behind Car Showables?
Car Showables was founded by Damon Gaumont. He runs a small creative agency in Portland, Oregon called DPG Creative. His passion and respect for cars and the car community runs deep. His father was a real car enthusiast, and Damon inherited this passion. Car Showables is his way of giving back to car community, and a way to capture the thrill and feeling of being at a car show and seeing everyone's unique creations. You may remember Damon from Instagram as "dpg_creative". While this account is no longer actively updated or maintained, feel free to reach out to Damon anytime at carshowables.
